  My first time taking birds to a butcher and I must say they impressed me. From booking, to drop off, and pickup they were professional and respectful. Being a rookie to raising meat birds (only done pigs before) I didn't know the rules or what to expect and they treated me like a student learning, not like an idiot. Payment was super easy and seamless. I don't think I waited longer than 5 minutes on drop off or pickup combined. The ducks after I got them back were gorgeous and well packaged. The skin was nice and smooth with only a few trace feathers (I'm still SUPER impressed with how clean they were and with no tears or bruises even though the ducks were not the ideal age for plucking) I will be going back to Morrison's with my next batch of birds. ** also the guy in front of me in line was picking up rabbits that looked so AMAZING I wanted to buy a couple off him**

  Not sure where we small flock owners would be without them. High standards, great service. Just make sure you make you arrangements well in advance, especially for Thanksgiving and Christmas. They are busy...for good reason.
